Clear and consistent communication, frequent check-ins and followups. Always prompt and reachabl.
Very helpful and informative for my first time purchasing a home. Jim and his team all worked very fast and efficiently.
They made sure everything got done if I forgot to do something they made sure to remind me and update my to do list
It was a tough 203k loan but Jim guided me through it and we dealt with a few curve balls along the way but we were able to navigate through the issues and get to closing.

James was always in too of things and would al answer his phone or return my calls promptl.
James made it very easy to get through the process and fully explained anything I had questions about.
