I was very comfortable with JD and his staff. Very compassionate and caring. In a very stressful situation, he always put my worries at ease and always had answers to my questions. Best experience I have had when purchasing a home.
I came into this not expecting to not be financed . This team found a way and I truly appreciate it.
We had a lender Gateway Mortgage that never responded to our questions so we changed to JD who was very prompt in responding to our questions. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and nice. We highly recommend him.
