This buyer had already gotten approved with VA lender and they could not close him. I took him to James and James got us to the closing table. Him and his team did an amazing job as always. Thank you James for another great experience!

James is awesome. My only criticism which led me to deduct one star was that a little less optimistic discussion of an option we explored, and also a recommendation to lock in at the time of pre-approval
