James is extremely knowledgeable and has exceptional customer service skills. James kept us informed of all aspects of our loan and was a pleasure to work with.
James Call was a great person to work with. This was my first homebuying experience and Janes was patient and thorough in explaining and stewarding the process. We closed on time with no surprises.
James was so accommodating and explained the process very well along the way. I believe he worked hard to get me the best deal and make the experience smooth and positive.
