Susie was willing to meet with us on the weekends and explain the process in detail. She answered all my emails and texts right away. I was so pleased that she was at the closing table with us too.

Jake is very personable and a joy to work with. As first time home buyers we asked a lot of questions and he always took the time to answer and explain the process. We never felt pressured in any way and Jake gave us honest feedback!
