Was always there to answer my questions.
Jacob was relaxed , not too pushy like other lenders I had spoken with , he made the process as smooth as possible and was upfront about costs .
Mr. Bryan showed great energy and respect! I enjoyed every minute of the process. Seamless and stress free!!
Jake did a very good job of communicating with me about the different steps and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. When I had questions he was patient in answering them.
Jacob on top everything and was always a text away
They make the process so easy and there are never any surprises! Jake and his team are the bestB
Jacob and his team did a great job getting me a loan for my first house. They worked quickly and effectively guiding me through the process. Thanks academy mortgage.
Jacob and his team made the process straightforward and streamlined for me. I had great confidence throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!
Simple, not complicated by a bunch of nitty gritty
He responded to questions even when we didn't think he would be working..ie: weekends or after hrs.
