I had a great refinance experience thanks to Jake B, senior mortgage specialis. He was available for questions & concerns when I needed answers & that, by itself, reasoured me & made for a great experience.

and everyone else I had to deal with on the phone with the DocuSign downloading my paperwork. Everybody was just extremely patient. I'm not good on the computer and I really appreciate that. It means a lot anyway with great customer service....
