Excellent communication throughout the process, I don't believe I ever waited more than an hour for a call back when I had questions. There were some small hurdles in the last couple days related to VA requirements that needed to be cleared...

Jacob did a great job of communicating everything clearly, helping us learn what we didn’t know, and treating us with respect. We really felt like he had our best interest in mind.
Jacob and Erin Taylor were so helpful and knowledgeable, they both made the loan process and closing go smoothly. I would highly recommend them both to my friends and family.

NAF is the best mortgage loan company I have ever used to get a home loan. I’d recommend them to everyone. Jacob Winters was a great loan officer!
