- strong communication
- proactivity in ensuring our docs etc were ready
- we were not a straight fwd application given from overseas, but there was a lot of effort and care given in ensuring we could be underwritten.

You are asking me how the loan went and I still do not have the funds. I have recieved several notes stating the loan has been funded. However, nothing! I think you would be wise to ask for the survey after the loan has actually been funded...

Hi Gary, the system automated notification for 'Funded" happens when our wire goes to escrow which happened on time. It seems as though your troubles had to do with the escrow side. It would be appreciated if you could leave your loan review...
