Jacob was very pleasant to work with and always made sure we had everything we needed to keep the process moving forward
Jacob was very responsive and kind. I had a great experience and am appreciative of the hard work making the process go smoothly.
Though there are areas that need improvement, such as communication and explaining matters to first-time buyers like us, it was still a great experience overall since everything was accomplished.
