Accessible, actively communicates, professional. Start to finish, a really good experience. I’ve worked with Jack twice now, a number of years apart and both times I’ve received the same excellent level of service.
Jack made the process easy for me. Granted I had all of my paperwork ready and wasn't a credit challenge but even with those things going for me I feel that the process could have been a lot more demanding. Overall a good experience.
