Having a better estimate of closing costs. Their estimate was $1,300 over, caused a lot of unnecessary stress!

Great communication and fast response time
The whole team at PRMG was very helpful and kept me updated on the process of my loan from start to closing.
Scott & his team did an outstanding job with communicating status updates as they guided the parties through the application, qualification and closing process.
Tori and Brian included me in all email communications to the buyer therefore I was also able to contact the buyer and give them a push to get needed documents promptly.
