JD was VERY helpful with any and all questions we had thru the process! He made the whole process from start to finish a quick and fun experience! We would very highly recommend him to anyone buying a home!

I would just like more direct communication from our mortgage lender. When I called and left messages, it would sometimes be 1 or 2 days before I received answers to my questions.

From the very beginning, Ruoff Mortgage treated us as if we were their only clients - every question was answered promptly, and we had daily updates. It was difficult being states away, but Ruoff Mortgage made even that process manageable.
