Ruoff Mortgage delivered on our USDA loan. There was lots of numbs and hiccups along the way but that’s to be expected. We did run into difficulties with communication, but overall we are very satisfied.

After our loan officer left, JD stepped in and got us through the finish line very quickly and immediately got in contact with us. We appreciated him immensely!
