Everyone was very responsive and understanding throughout the process. Ira and Donna always picked up my calls and patiently answered my questions. The escrow agent I used also told me that she had a great experience with Ira and Donna.
Always got a quick answer and update either by phone, text, or email. All questions were promptly answered. The loan package arrived a day before the closing and the funds were delivered early in the morning on the day of closing.
