Ian Wright

The communication and promptness of the entire team was amazing! They were also very quick to answer any questions we had and guide us through the entire process.

Very responsive to calls. Ian's team promptly followed up on all matters of concern throughout the process.

Ian and his team was a pleasure to work with, they were able to originate and close my purchase transaction within two weeks.

Ian. He has the patience of a saint. Always answers my calls and takes the time to thoroughly explain things to me. This is my third transaction with him.

Ian was very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. I am a first time buyer, so his knowledge was incredibly helpful. He is also quick to respond and will make himself available whenever needed.

As usual, it's great to be able to evaluate all the different options given my situation and be able to pick the best loan product (and have backup options). Also, we had to delay closing due to a delay with the 1031 exchange which worried...

In two words: Responsiveness & Counsel Ian is a remarkably talented and dedicated professional, and we are so grateful for him and the entire Bay Equity Team! Thank you! Steve & Lisa

Happy to join this crowd in rating Ian as a “5-Star” professional! He is remarkably talented and we are so grateful for his responsiveness and counsel.

Incredible team. Ian was diligent in putting together all of the documents needed to fund the loan. It's always a little more difficult when you're self employed, but he and his team got it done.
