She is pleasant to speak with, however, I spoke with this Illiana almost a year ago. She gave me information on what I needed to do and a number of tasks to complete. I worked very hard and completed the task. Still nothing! Waist of time......

Im sorry, the rate you agreed to lock in at is the the same rate you closed at. Remember rates vary according to credit score. Wish you best in your beautiful home!
