Illiana was very helpful and knowledgeable! She made the entire process easy! We had no worries or concerns. She has a tremendous amount of respect in the industry and we will recommend her to friends and family!
She did a great job and handled everything. She had me approved and in my new home very quickly. I would highly recommend Illiana and guild mortgage when you are ready to purchase a home or to refinance.

It seems everyone else on these reviews love this lender but she made it pretty clear that she didn’t want to waste her time with me. Not very helpful. Was short with me. I’ll find a better lender. No worries

Illiana is the best I was a first time home buyer and she helped me through the entire process if I was confused or had any questions I could always call or email her.
