Heyward and Barrett were always available if there was a question or concern during our closing process. They would either call or email us back in a reasonable time frame. Great teamwork and people skills.
I really liked how Barrett was so upfront about other loan companies reaching out after my pre-approval, when no one has ever disclosed that before. Also Christy was such a pleasure to work with.
