Heidi was very knowledgeable about the loan process and informative.
Everything that Heidi said was happening was what was going on. Good bad or indifferent it seemed like everything she said was going on was what it was.
Heidi knew exactly what needed to be done and was proactive throughout underwriting which helped us close on time.
Heidi went above and beyond to ensure we knew she had our best interests in mind, and she pulled a rabbit from a hat to allow us to close on time!
Heidi was SO awesome during our recent house purchase, despite crazy circumstances, she remained professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Happy to call her friend. I would and have recommended her to other buyers. Thanks again.
