Zero communication . Almost lost the deal due to that. Clients were slso unhappy.

My loan officer was removed for some reason and was not notified, I left voicemails with him that went unanswered then found out I had a new loan officer so I left him a voicemail that was never returned

Hector is very responsive and show compassionate care when challenges arrive. He goes the extra miles to get the right information and is relatable and reliable. Great communicator and an effective facilitator. Jean T.

I'm not sure who Hector Casales is. I had no interaction with him. Overall my experience with NAF was inconsistent. We got over the finish line on time but with the number of lenders available I would not recommend NAF to others.
