    Seemed as though I fell through the cracks quite often. If I called then you would work on my loan. Four months seemed extreme. Was it to make me wait for higher interest? I don’t know.

    Heather made us feel important. If I had to say anything negative it would be how long it took. We are paying much higher interest rates because of the length of time it took.
