Heather, she is very caring and helpful. She always was willing to help me in anyway. As for the underwriters I would not say I was happy with the progress of the loan. Because it took so long for a simple refinance I wouldn't consider using...

Heather should not have told the Buyer we were closing in time...when she did not know if that was true or not...that reflected not so good on me...

As first time home buyers this was a very stressful process. When we first met heather we were clueless on how to accomplish buying a home but Heather led us in the right direction and stuck it through even on our hard times.

Heather is great, our refi took about 45 days which is a little long. We had everything they needed to them in the first week. I understand with Covid-19 things are taking a little longer but this was not expectable.

It was a long process but it all worked out. Heather was very professional and kind during the whole thing
