Hether doesn't wait until an emergency to communicate any changes in the transaction. When we needed to pivot to a different loan type she didn't panic. When the appraisal didn't come in when it was due she handled it with grace and proceeded...

Heather went the extra mile for my clients! Fantastic communication and kept me in the loop through the whole process. Heather's extensive knowledge on options and products available was so helpful in finding what would work best for my clients...
