Very professional
Heather was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She was also very available when I needed to discuss the details with her.
We had fast quick service, and the loan rates were unbeatable.
The process was very efficient with email, texts and phone calls to keep us updated about the next steps. I wish the loan was closed in lesser than almost 60 days. I don’t have complaints though.
She was just easy to work with and everything went so smoothly and she was very friendly.
Very patient on the phone
Working with Heather was a pleasant experience. However, there were too many follow ups by associates who were often requesting documents already submitted, not responding to email or text questions to their follow up.
I could not have asked for a better person to work with. Heather was great about everything.
Process was extremely easy and straightforward. Heather and Briana helped out a great deal. Fantastic job!!
There was some confusion on my rate lock when it came time for closing that i actually had to call out on my closing documents.
