We chose AmeriSave based on the guidance and expertise we received from Heather! We would use her again and recommend her to any friends and family.
The process took over three months with information being requested seemingly all the time. It stretched so long that the some information needed to be updated and was requested again.
Better, more prompt communication, clearly outlining timeline, and accurate updating of dixloaures.
We successfully got our mortgage refinanced. In the end, this is what matters. I wish, there would have been more frequent communications about the status during the 5 month long process.

There were multiple delays in closing. There was a delay in receipt of disbursement. Many emails and voicemails were not returned/answered. We are happy with the loan we obtained, but the delays and lack of communication were very unprofessional....
