Heather and Jake were very thorough and professional. Jake stayed with me and lead me every step of the way. He even helped me learn new computer skills in order for the process to go seamlessly and in a timely manner.

Better communication. I was left in the dark for days at a time. A simple email update would have been nice. At one point, my loan processor was changed and I didn't find out for at least 5 days. That's insane. Also, not requesting new documents...

Heather was very responsive until the sale was complete...when turned over to other departments, things did not go smoothly and she was not as responsive nor attentive. Process took much longer than was told.
