    She kept me up to date on every stage and worked to get us a conventional loan instead of FHA. There were some stressful times when I know I was less than pleasent but she was always wonderful.

    Gretchen is the BEST with communication, and making sure the deal closes, whether it is 10am or 10pm, she is willing to do what it takes to make sure the client is happy!
