Everything. Timeliness and communication
Greg made the process fairly simple to understand and made sure to communicate all the information we needed for the loan process to progress seamlessly.
Called for appraisal late and last minute demanded a signed well agreement knowing that there was a shared well from the beginning. Demanding an agreement 2 days before signing is not acceptable!
Emails were responded to quickly however the email experience vs meeting in person was a little confusing because several people were emailing us at once and we had 2 loans to sign docs for. Something to make it clearer would be nice like the...
