Even though there were a few bumps in the road and some misunderstandings, the Nova staff were quick to explain and make sure resolution was received and understood.
Everything went through without any issues, the process was easy.
Greg was very responsive. He walked me through each of the steps and was quick to get to my questions, even outside of business hours!
