Any incident that we needed verification on Greg was always on top of finding out a resolution in a very timely manner. It's nice to know someone is easy to reach and responds quickly with a solution or explanation to an issue.
Greg was approachable and responsive however since our loan type wasn’t his area of expertise there was some uncertainty in the process but he was resourceful in getting us in contact with a loan officer who was knowledgeable in our loan type....
