Always a stressful and tedious experience when purchasing a home. Not much mortgage companies can do differently with all the rules and constraints involved.
Very poor communication with the buyers, agents, and title company. My buyers felt abandoned on the day of closing and said they tried numerous times to contact Holly and she didn’t respond.
