    Grant Shearrer was amazing to work with. He was honest, highly communicative, easy to reach and always returned calls and emails. Grant made the process easier to navigate and seemed to be able to troubleshoot as issues arose.

    Grant was great he made it a pleasant experience always there to help and answer questions.Myron was also great. I would definitely refer people to Ladera a very easy and pleasant experience. Grant was the best!
