Communication was lacking on this transaction. Then this did not fund on the day it was suppose to due to an inhouse document that was within Tribal Lending needed for the funding of the loan. A few other problems within this deal due to miscommunication...

Every thing was a great experience.
Overall good experience
Grant was very friendly and helpful. He made everything so easy for us during the refinance.
Grant was good, but some of the other partners in the process slowed things down.
The 184 loan process seemed much harder then an ordinary mortgage. There was some frustration.
Always helpful and informative of every step of the process. Available to answer any questions or concerns via email or phone. Made the process go quickly and efficiently.
He was knowledgeable and able to explain the steps we were going to go through.
