The process was smooth and the team was competent. We would have liked additional communication regarding status and updates.
There was a week where Grant got sick and I was unable to get in touch with ANYONE else to get help. This resulted in my interest rate increasing by nearly a full percentage point. This is not Grant's fault, its a complaint about Tribal 1.
Grant was great to work with and very responsive to my issues, questions and emails. Thank you again.
