Grant and Amy are very easy to work with...and they answer their phone, or return an email in a very timely manner.
Grant was terrible at communicating once I was in escrow. He was rude multiple times and was not transparent in things needed in the process.
Amy was wonderful working with, she handled the paperwork I believe for Grant.
