    My clients changed their financing mid way through the process which could have caused a delay in the closing date. Grant made it a priority to get it done with a goal of meeting the original close date which he did.

    I was kept updated on progression of loan. Whenever I had questions Grant was readily available to answer them and if the question needed to be researched he did so promptly and got back to me.
