Staying two steps ahead of buyers is critical so there are no surprises in the end. It's great to have a lender in the office to keep us in the loop with our transactions.
Grant is great at what he does. Very knowledgeable and communicates very well.
I represented the seller in this transaction, and I understand Grant did a great job with the buyers.
It was pretty good, but it wasn't always clear what was next and who we should be talking with (especially when the settlement folks were added to the mix). It would be helpful to have a clear timeline/event checklist gone over with everyone....

I grew up in Pittsburgh’s East end and was immersed in the real estate market as a child. My family has been part of the Pittsburgh real estate community for the past 35+ years. I attended Central Catholic High School and graduated from Penn State University’s Smeal Business School with a BS in Economics. I am married with 3 kids and still live in the East end with my family. Very few professionals have the intimate knowledge of the Pittsburgh mortgage market as I do.
