I feel taken advantage of in this experience. Was Promised down payment assistance and told day before closing I would not be eligible. Asked for no points and points were added. Gave requested information day after requested, which was over...

Communication was relatively good. Unfortunately due to some problems on cross countries end our closing date was delayed a day. As first time homeowners, I wish the process was smoother and we could have closed on time.
