Glenn announced in a group email that contained the buyer, seller, agent and title company, that the loan was denied along with the reason, which was personal to the buyer - ALL ON THE DAY OF CLOSING! Very, very poor service.

Glenn needs to improve his communication and professionalism when working with Realtors and clients.I contacted Glenn several times throughout the transaction—initially to introduce myself and later to request updates and information regarding...

He did a great job taking care of us
