Gian was honest, always friendly and helpful and explained the difficult parts of the process to us which made it easier to understand.
The process of buying our home was time consuming to say the least. We closed a month late due to circumstances outside for Gian's control and through the entire process Gian kept us informed and worked to get all of the hurdles cleared.
