I just had to provide a few documents, Gerald and his folks handled everything else really quickly.
The high level of communication from him and his team every step of the way.
My only complaint was that they charged us a fee to hard pull our credit 4 times.
Good team. Speedy and efficient. Personal touch.

I am a third generation Washingtonian who currently lives and works in Rockville, MD. I have been married for 39+ years and have two children - a son and a daughter - and as of 2021, my first granddaughter. I am a proud graduate of the University of Maryland Smith School of Business with degrees in accounting and finance, and I have spent last 40 years involved in real estate, both locally and nationally. My go-to activity to relax is a 25-50 mile bicycle ride on the weekend along with a golf game thrown in for good measure – maybe a little less now that I am a PROUD grandparent.
