Clear communication.
Easy process. I never have to worry about a thing.
Always available to answer our questions. I was a first time home buyer and had a lot of questions. Gen was very pleasant and patient. I would definitely recommend to others.
The HH team fought hard for me and made me feel that my loan was important to them. When we were faced with hurdles they guided me to get past them
Gen communicated consistently not only with me but my clients. They were first time homebuyers and very comfortable with the process because of Gen.
