Gen specifically. We struggled with the loan processor but Gen was a 10 out of 10. She worked so quickly, always took our calls. Never made us feel bad for asking questions and so very personable.

I love the dependablity and communication Gen gives. Whether it is good news or an issue has arose she deals with it and communicates so I am not in the dark!!
