Our escrow officer, Gema did an exceptional job managing every detail of our home sale with professionalism, speed, and clear communication, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
The notary forgot 2 initials and a signature. This impaired our closing. We went to your office in the tiny window you laid out and she still had to go to my wife's place of work to get another wet signature. Not good.
