Gail Kleemann is very responsive, patient and helpful. She was able to offer a loan option that neither my buyers nor I had considered. Without that suggestion, I don't think we would have closed the sale.

This Loan Officer worked with the buyers, and we represented the sellers. I personally did not work with her or the financial institution, and only know that we did not close in time. The sellers were frustrated that the dates were pushed back...
