It was a very smooth process with complete transparency and availability from Gabe and his team. There was clear communication throughout, as this was a 6 month long process during a new construction build.
Rusty was fantastic with us. He did a lot of work educating us on the process and helping us understand what needed to happen. There was no question. He couldn’t thoroughly explain and he made the process fun for us. We feel great about it...
