    Fred was very accommodating and was always there to answer questions at all times during the day. He also was very patient with questions I asked due to not being very knowledgeable on how the buy before you sell loan worked.

    Fred was great. Milan (our agent) was great. However, the new HH concierge service was awful (bad communication, concierge blew off scheduled appointments without contacting me, forgot everything that we discussed during our first meeting)....
