Everything went smooth, I wasnt asked for a ton of paperwork or to send pay stub after paystub after paystub,The online documents and document signing was easy. Even the appraiser was easy to work with.
Frank's team along w/ my agent & lawyer group are working extremely well together to make the loan and closing process smooth and painless to me, I was being notified on all the communication as well so I won't be surprised if anything pop-up....
