I wasn't told about what was going to happen. I had to keep sending some of the same documents. My loan officer was nice on the phone but he wouldn't let me ask questions when I had him on the phone, like he was in a hurry to end the call....

Lack of communication throughout…tried numerous time to get an update and was unsuccessful. Transaction closed very late. Have worked with CC many times and this time was not good. Will continue to work with CC, hoping this was an anomaly.
